Seminars are seven hours, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 1 hour lunch, two 20 minute breaks.
Registration begins at 7:30 AM. Class will begin promptly at 8 AM.
Students must attend the entire class to receive seven hours of CE credit.

Tuition for each seminar is $140.00, including handouts.
Tuition excludes the required USPAP book, which will be available for purchase separately at the class for $65.00, or bring your own paper or electronic copy.
Tuition payment is required before the start of class by check or cash. No credit or debit cards.

Under the discount package plan, if you pay as you go, the last seminar is $55.00.
*Please Note: The 7-Hour National USPAP Update seminar price includes the Student Manual,
but does not include the mandatory USPAP book.You must have a current USPAP (paper or electronic) for reference at class.You may bring your own copy, or buy a copy at class.
Pay as you go.
It is not necessary to pay the package amount up-front to receive the 28 hour package discount.
With pay-go, you may pay the full tuition fee (and USPAP book purchase, if you do have a copy) on the day of the seminar.You will receive the 15% discount upon reaching the 28 hour package and pay $55.00 for the last seminar.
Cancellation, Refunds, Returned Check Fee
Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel at any time and receive a full refund.
Refunds are at the tuition fee paid for the seminar.There is no refund for the USPAP book.
You will be notified if a class is canceled and receive a full refund.
You may make up missed or incomplete sessions at other locations.
Returned Check Fee: The returned check fee is $25.00.
CE seminars are approved by the NJ State Board of Appraisers.The 7-Hour National USPAP Update seminar is accepted in all states.Contiguous states (PA, NY, MD, DE) should accept NJ approved continuing education via reciprocity.Other states may also accept continuing education on request. Please check with your state board to confirm.

NJ and AQB Appraiser Continuing Education Requirements
NJ Rule 13:40A-5.3 Continuing education credit-hour requirements; carryover prohibited
(a) Each applicant applying for renewal as a licensed or certified real estate appraiser shall be required to complete, by the time the renewal application is submitted to the Board, the continuing education requirements for either the certified residential, certified general, or the licensed, real estate appraiser as established by “The Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria and Interpretation of the Criteria" as promulgated by the AQB of the Appraisal Foundation as amended and supplemented, which are incorporated herein by reference as part of this rule.
( b) Carryover of continuing education credits is prohibited.
AQB REAL PROPERTY APPRAISER QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2008
8. Appraisers must successfully complete the 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course, or its equivalent, every two calendar years. Equivalency shall be determined through the AQB Course Approval Program or by an alternate method established by the AQB.
9. Individuals who are credentialed in more than one jurisdiction shall not have to take more than one 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course within a two calendar year period for the purposes of meeting AQB Criteria.
10. USPAP continuing education credit shall only be awarded when the course is instructed by at least one AQB certified instructor who is also a state certified appraiser.
11. The equivalent of fourteen class hours of instruction in courses or seminars for each year during the period preceding the renewal is required. For example, a two-year continuing education cycle would require twenty-eight hours. The class hour requirement can be fulfilled at any time during the cycle. [Emphasis added.]
